Lettings:		Lettings are from Friday to Friday with guests being asked to arrive after 3.00pm and to leave by 10.00am


Deposit:		30% Deposit is payable on booking and then payment in full 6 weeks before arrival.


Contract:		To avoid any misunderstandings, we would remind you that a reservation constitutes a legal contract.


Cancelling:		In the event of a cancellation, both parties should endeavour to re-let the accommodation. Should neither parties succeed, then the person making the reservation is legally liable to pay for that accommodation.
